Euphorbia ‘Ascot Rainbow’
What a striking plant! This Euphorbia is a newer introduction that has amazing color. It doesn’t even looks like it would grow here in Michigan, but it is hardy despite its tropical look!
There is debate on how hardy this plant is though. It has been over-wintered here successfully without any special care, although be conscious to site this in a somewhat protected area in full sun to partial shade due to uncertainty about its hardiness. We think it is worth the risk to try it!
Euphorbia ‘Ascot Rainbow’ grows 18-24”, and likes a well-drained soil, and is very heat and drought tolerant. Another great bonus is that it has evergreen foliage, so it looks great through the winter too!
