Here is a unique store if you are looking for that special something! Owned by Deborah Silver, a fellow APLD member. A multitude of planters, urns and unique garden accents, this is a destination that you will want to spend some time in. Many of her items are antiques, and carry a heavy price tag, but this is the place to find that type of item if your looking. You won’t find any cheap knockoffs here either. It is a quality place, only selling the best of everything!
Detroit Garden Works is located at 1794 Pontiac Dr. in Sylvan Lake, Michigan. If you decide to visit the store, plan a day and go to the Edsel and Eleanor Ford house or the Cranbrook garden. Both were stops on the APLD tour, and are worth a visit if you like historical places.
