Wet weather is on its way….the forecast is stating that the greater Washtenaw area may receive up to three inches of rain tonight, then a possible freezing. Please assure to check your sump pumps especially throughout the next week to assure it is functioning correctly, and survey your basement walls for moisture or water stains, which can cause potential problems, especially if it then freezes. If such issues do arise, document them so that once the winter thaw begins, drainage solutions can be installed to correct any problems.
