Landscape Site Care Programs

Frequency - Twin Oaks Landscape will determine with you the proper number of scheduled visits needed to maximize the health and beauty of your landscape. Our Site Care Specialists will visit your property once a month during the growing season based on the number of visits identified in your plan.

Weed Control - Twin Oaks Landscape will hand pull large weeds and spray weeds in beds that are less than three inches with a herbicide. We may spray fence lines, posts, walls and along foundations with herbicide.

Perennial and Groundcover Maintenance – We will deadhead and cut back perennials and groundcovers and cut back groundcovers from hardscaping and lawn areas as necessary.

Bulb Maintenance – When bulb foliage yellows 30% or more, Twin Oaks Landscape will cut back vegetation to ground level.

Site Monitoring and Appearance – Twin Oaks Landscape will monitor the health, vigor, and moisture of plant material and lawn areas at each visit.

Debris Removal and Disposal - We will remove or dispose of debris collected from the property when work is completed for the day. We will blow off all walks, patios, decks and drives at the completion of the workday. Large paved areas at non-residential sites are not included.
