Seasonal Color and Maintenance Programs

Seasonal Color Programs - Let us bring color to your property with the scheduled installation, maintenance and removal of spring bulbs, summer annuals, and fall mums.

Fall Clean-up Program - Our fall clean-up teams remove heavy leaf build up, sticks, and other debris from your beds, hard surfaces and lawn. All ornamental grasses, evergreen groundcovers and sedum are left standing for winter interest. Remaining perennials are cut back and debris is removed.

Spring Clean-up Program - Our spring clean-up crews remove any winter debris from tree, shrub, groundcover, lawn and hardsurface areas. We prune dead or damaged portions of shrubs and trees less than twelve (12) feet in height. Ornamental grasses and perennials are cut back. Edging is done on all existing bed lines and any wooded lawn perimeters where mulch is applied. Established weeds are hand pulled and pre-emergent weed control is applied to shrub and groundcover beds. Organic material and mulch are added to all of your shrub, tree, and perennial beds.

Gutter Maintenance Program - Our gutter maintenance program will remove leaves, sticks, pine needles and decomposed debris from gutters that are under twenty (20) feet. Gutters over twenty (20) feet in height will be cleaned if safely accessible from the roof. Debris that is accessible will be removed from downspouts. Shingle granules can be removed at an additional cost. We will remove all debris collected from the property when the work is completed for the day.

Winter Services Program - One of our winter care team conducts a pre-season inspection of your property to install stakes and define the areas for snow plowing and placement of snow. We shovel your sidewalk to the front door or main access and in front of the garage to allow the plow a safe distance from the structure. Appropriate de-icing materials are applied on roads, driveways, sidewalks and porches. Upon request, Twin Oaks Landscape will remove and haul snow from you property and will service any areas affected by blowing or drifting snow and melt down.
