Irrigation Maintenance Programs

A properly installed and programmed irrigation system will save you both time and money. An irrigation system properly set to a timer will conservation water as your plants, shrubbery, trees, and lawn can be timed to get the correct amount of water needed.

System Start-Up, Programming and Winterization - Twin Oaks Landscape will turn on your irrigation system and program the controller to current seasonal conditions. We test each zone and check the operation of heads, valves, piping, and control wiring, making minor adjustments and repairs as needed. In the fall, we will shut off your irrigation system and winterize the outdoor piping with compressed air.

System Maintenance and Repairs - One hour of minor repairs and adjustments are included in the start-up program. Parts and additional labor beyond the first hour are completed at start-up to save charges for another mobilization but are performed at an additional cost. Major replacements (e.g. controller), repairs, adjustments or alterations to the system are done on request and only after consulting with you.
